Applying is easy with GFDG. The process can be done in a few easy steps.

1. Select your property.

2. We send you the link to apply safely and securely. The application fee is $39.99 per applicant over the age of 18. Processing varies, but typically is completed in 24-48 hours.

3. Once pre-screening is approved, meet with our staff (virtually or in person).

4. After approval you are able to transfer your security deposit electronically.
