How to Apply

Applying is easy with Maine Source Property Management. The process can be done in a few easy steps.

1. Select your property.

2. Complete your application on Zillow. We require an application for every applicant over 18 years of age. Processing varies but typically is completed in 24-48 hours.

3. Once pre-screening is approved, meet with our staff (virtually or in person).

4. After approval you are able to transfer your security deposit electronically.
